All Porsche technicians are trained at dedicated Porsche technical centers, where they develop unrivaled expertise in all aspects of maintaining and servicing Porsche vehicles. The training courses are detailed and very demanding – only the best technicians are graduated and then certified. It’s worth noting that only technicians from Porsche dealerships can participate in this official Porsche training. And only a Porsche dealer has the complete set of specialized Porsche tools and computerized test equipment needed for the best, most accurate repair and maintenance.

This means there's only one reason not to choose a genuine Porsche Service: if you don't own a genuine Porsche.

Warranty:

The warranty periods begin on the day of delivery to the customer. The following periods apply:

	4 years warranty for all new vehicles;
	2-year warranty for genuine Porsche parts, exchange parts and accessories, which are used or sold outside of warranty work. The warranty period for Porsche parts which are used in connection with warranty work ends contemporaneously with the warranty period for the purchased item which has become defective;
	3 years for the paintwork;
	10-year long-life warranty against rust holes in the bodyshell. (please refer to the conditions in the Warranty and Maintenance handbook (.pdf))

Porsche Approved Warranty is 2 years / 100,000 miles, once the vehicle is outside the original vehicle warranty period.  Warranty can be claimed from any Porsche partner across the world.
